The session will be approximately 90mins in duration, with warm up beginning at 6:15am with main set starting promptly from 6:30am. Access to the room will be available from 6am so people can ensure they are setup ready to go. The coaches will then talk & steer the athletes though the sessions. Sessions will also be setup to allow for people to leave after 60mins (7:15-7:30am) if they need to get off to home or work commitments. Cost for the session will be £5 per athlete, and it will on a first come first serve basis. A sign up form will be provided via the Facebook group each week for following weeks session.
