Date: 9th November 2017 Time: 18:30-20:30 Venue: University of Wolverhampton, Millennium City Building - MC001 lecture room (TBC), Wulfruna Street, City Campus South, Wolverhampton , WV1 1LY Speakers; Louise Binns - Head of Safer Custody and Equalities at HMP Featherstone Louise Binns has worked for the Prison Service for 6 years and has been Head of Safer Custody at HMP Featherstone for 18 months. Prior to her career in the Prison Service she graduated from Lincoln University with a First Class Honours degree in Psychology and then spent 18 months as a Youth Support Worker in Lincolnshire. Dave Martin - Branch Support Officer with Wolverhampton Samaritans Dave Martin is a qualified social worker and subsequently had a career in managing adult social care and other senior roles in Local Government and NHS.

He first trained as a Samaritan in 1975 and in retirement is involved in wildlife, environmental, sporting and housing associations. These events are free to attend and as always light refreshments will be available and those all important CPD certificates will be provided. We do hope that you are able to join us.
