What is the Equitable leadership series The Equitable Leadership Series prepares leaders to lead effectively across social and cultural boundaries.  Tackling the challenging issues honestly and transparently, leaders are supported to lead and engage authentically to achieve parity in the workplace, classroom and society. Who is EL Series for Black Female Leaders for? It is for Black Female Leaders who are leading people from Black & Minority Ethnic backgrounds in companies, teams, schools and society.  For all those who recognise that despite their best efforts, they don’t seem to be able to get it right. Whether it is the language of culture, understanding cultural variance, managing conflict, managing performance, having your performanced managed or being recognised, valued and rewarded for your authentic self.

Wherever you are on the ‘cultural competence spectrum©’, if you are seated in a position of power or authority and want to begin to develop the capability to create a legitimate space for Black Female Leaders to lead as themselves.  If you want an understanding of how to lead from the intersection of race and gender and to release all of your talent without fear. If you are a Black Female Leader being led by people who don't look or sound like you  and perhaps, leading people who may or may not look or sound like you. If you are ready to be part of the change you need to see, then you need to attend this Masterclass. What will you gain from this masterclass? You will develop an understanding of how to thrive as a leader, standing in authenticity and to be recognised, valued and rewarded for your unique contribution as a culturally intelligent leader. You will also develop an understanding of the capability required to effectively and equitably lead staff groups from races which are more likely to experience less favorable treatment and known to experience discrimination, oppression and exclusion.
