When we label our dogs as “reactive” we can restrict not only our training approach but also seeing them as the wonderful creatures they already are. Throughout this 6 month programme we will cover all the basic skills you both need to live happily alongside each other. This is the second running of our Discovering the Confident Canine course. To date our current attendees have seen wonderful progress with their dogs which we will share with you. We firmly believe that a combination of classroom discussion, 121 training and thoughtful training in a group setting, sets you and your dog up for success. Our aim is to create a strong community where we can all support each other through our learning journey. Sharing what you learn with your fellow course attendees and working together to help each other.

Out with discovering confident canine attendee Holly this morning and working on a plan for vet visits. Not all training requires the dog to be there. The course has been designed with you in mind and we do whatever you need to set you and your dog up for success. We assessed the environment both outside and inside the vet practise and came up with strategies to get into the treatment room with as little stress as possible
