Edgar Wind Society has invited New York artist Bradley Theodore to give a talk about his life and his art at the Pitt Rivers. Bradley Theodore, a New York artist, has his roots in street art and has produced murals in Oslo, Hong Kong, London, Paris, and Los Angeles. His artwork, which frequently features mammoths of the fashion world stripped back to skeletal figures, has become instantly recognisable thanks to his distinctive ‘Dia de los muertos style’ (Maddox Gallery), and many have begun to compare the artist’s works with those of Jean-Michel Basquiat. In fact, Vogue’s International Editor Suzy Menkes describes his work as ‘Banksy meets Basquiat’. Thanks to a growing number of high-profile collectors and celebrity admirers, Theodore’s renown is on the rise.

See you all there.
