The Ark Medical Trust welcomes Maria Miller MP as Guest speaker to their Annual Dinner 2019. Maria Miller MP, was first elected to represent Basingstoke in the 2005 general Election. Since then she has been blazing a trail as a champion of women's rights & diversity and ia in the vanguard of the campaign to encourage more women to enter into Parliament.  Maria is Chair of the Women & Equalities Committee and was the 265th women to be elected to  Parliament where currently there are 208 women MP's. Our Fundraising Dinner will take place at the Ark Centre, Basingstoke. The evening will begin with welcome drinks and canapes,  after which you will then be seated in our modern theatre to hear Maria's fascinating talk on 'The History of Women in Parliament' Afterwards we will head to the pavillion where we will enjoy a Three Course Dinner.

(Set menu) Dietary requirements needs to be advised 1 week prior to the event.ie vegetarian, allergies. The Tickets are £70.00 per person (incl half bottle of wine per person for dinner and coffee) Black Tie All proceeds from the evening will go towards our community sponsorship programme which enables to support groups who can then use the Arks Centre's facilties free of charge- The groups we sponsor included Sense UK, Endometroisis support groups, Menieres, Breast Cancer support, Parkinsons UK and Bereavement groups  amongst many others.
