Personal Development Workshop World Work Podcast

Growth and self-transformation cannot be delegated." -- Lewis Mumford When you are working towards a vision of the future it’s really easy to focus on "the what now” and the never-ending task list. However, all this work is taking you somewhere, right? So how can you be sure you’ll be ready for that somewhere? By putting aside time, energy and effort for your own personal development and supporting those around you to do the same. . In this small group workshop, Jane and James will discuss owning your personal development journey and the lessons they have learned along the way. You’ll walk away with : - A framework for thinking about your own and your colleague's personal growth - A practical action plan to execute and drive your own personal growth - Some inspiration and motivation to get going.
