Executive Committee Meeting The Chamber Executive Committee usually meets on the third Wednesday of every month with the exception of August & December to discuss Chamber matters and plan events etc. Whilst these meetings include only Executive members and invited guests at the discretion of the President, any Member is able to bring an issue to the Board's attention by requesting that it is added to the agenda for the meeting. If you have comments, questions or would like an issue brought to the attention of the Chamber Board, please click here to email the Chamber, including your name, business name, contact information and details of the issue you would like brought to the meeting.  Items received within 7 days of the meeting date will be considered for the next available meeting, at the President's discretion.
