YOUR VISION BOARD FOR 2020 Do you need more focus and clarity for the new decade? Do you know your goals and dreams for 2020? What are vision boards? – vision boards are posters covered in a collage of pictures and words.  The idea behind this is that when you surround yourself with images of who you want to be, where you want to live and what you desire when you focus on it, it will happen.  Basically it is a visual representation of what you want to do, to be and to have in your life. In this 3 hour workshop, you will give yourself focus and vision for the year ahead by creating your own vision board by cutting out pictures and words. This is open for anyone to attend not just the therapy industry.   All supplies to create a Vision Board are provided, but if you wish to bring your own magazines, pictures etc you are more than welcome.

About Alison Brown of Ali's Therapy Academy I have been passionate about Complementary Therapies since 1999, and have trained in many forms of massage, reflexology, reiki, aromatherapy and stress management.  As well as attending many seminars, workshops and conferences about running a business. I have been Committee Secretary for the Federation Of Small Businesses Arun and District Branch and I have been their Chairman for 3 years.  In May 2011, I became Manager of the Arundel and Littlehampton branch of Mumpreneurs Networking Club for 4 years.
