When is 'Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out'? A. This years Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out is on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th July Q.

Where will it be? A. Middlewich Cricket Club, Haddon Field, Croxton Lane Middlewich. 'Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out ' takes place on the outfield of the ground and you are welcome to bring chairs and picnic blankets. Q. Is it easy to get to the venue? A. Middlewich Cricket Club is very close to the Middlewich town centre. It is a short walk from bus stops on Chester Road and the club is signposted on Croxton Lane. There is no parking on site on the day, but there are a number of public car parks in the town within a short walk. Q. What’s the history of 'Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out '? A. Last year was our inaugural summer event and we hope this year's event will be even bigger and better.   Q. How do I find out further information? What are the opening hours? A. There are three separate timed sessions – you can buy a ticket individually for each session. Saturday starts 6.00pm and runs until 11.00pm. Sunday Matinee Film 12pm - 4pm, Sunday Evening Screening starts at 6.00pm and again finishes at 10.00pm. Please note that the event will close between 4 & 6pm on Sunday.  Q. How much are tickets? A. Tickets for Saturday are £10 per adult, £3 for children or £20 for a family ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children). Sunday tickets are £8 per adult per screening, £3 per child per screening, or £18 for a family ticket per screening (i.e. £36 for both). Q. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? A. Please bring either a printed version of your ticket or your e-ticket received via e-mail Q.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? A. All children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult, ID will be required to purchase alcohol.  Q. What's the refund policy? A. All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Q. Is my ticket transferrable? A. No, tickets are non-transferable. Q. What is there to drink? A. In the main Beer area, we will be concentrating on cask ales, national ales, lagers and ciders. There will also be a selection of wines and soft drinks at the Gin & Prosecco Bar. Q. How does the token payment system work? A. Tokens are used at most beer festivals. It makes paying for beer simple and quick, speeding up service. One token buys you ½ pint of beer or cider (all beers and ciders are priced the same and are sold by the ½ pint).  Q.
Can I pay for tokens by card or do I need cash? A. We have 'PayPal Here' Contactless Chip and PIN Card Readers. Paying by cash will probably be quicker but, as cashless payment is now so common, we are offering that facility. Note that payment for meals from the food concessions is by cash only. Q. Will I be able to get food at the event? A. Yes – there will be high-quality professional food concessions. Note that you will need to pay for food using CASH not tokens. Q. Will there be live music? A. Yes – We have 4 live acts performing on the main stage - Queen II, Abba, Tom Jones and a local band (tbc). Q. Am I allowed to bring my dog? A. Sorry - guide or assistance dogs only. The event is very busy and not suitable for dogs. Q. Can I bring the kids or a baby in a pram? A.
Yes of course and babies and todlers in pushchairs are free – This is a family event but under 18s cannot purchase tokens for obvious reasons and we operate a strict challenge 21 policy.  Q. Will there be a long queue to get in? A. Every effort is made to admit people as quickly as possible. However, 'Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out' is likely to be very popular. We scan tickets electronically and have introduced cashless card payment. We have to do a security check on bags at the entrance but have additional security staff for that. Q. Are there security staff at the event? A. Yes. It is a condition of our Licence that we have an adequate number of stewards, including licensed security staff. 'Fiesta on the Field Goes All Out' is a family-friendly and relaxed event, however, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or require any person who is intoxicated to leave.  Q. Can I bring my own alcohol? A. Bringing in alcohol is strictly prohibited and misses the point of the event. Please note bags may be searched on entry to the event, and any drinks will be confiscated.  Q. Can I leave my car at the venue overnight? A. No, there are is no on-site parking at the event. Please ensure you comply with the relevant parking regulations wherever you park in town. Q. Do you offer corporate packages? A. Yes. Please contact Ady Houghton via email: [email protected]  Q. Are there opportunities for my business to be involved as a sponsor? A. Yes. In fact, we couldn’t run the event without sponsors, and it is a great way to promote your business, whilst supporting a great fundraising event. Please contact Middlewich Cricket Club directly to discuss this with the sponsorship team. Q. Do you need bar staff or other helpers? A. Yes. Most of our staff are volunteers.
