HR Showcase: This event is designed to test great ideas before they are launched. By attending, not only will you have the opportunity to explore People Analytics, your feedback will contribute to the final stages of and development and provide testimonials for marketing purposes. This workshop presents a fresh way of seeing People Analytics: as a tool to deliver organisational performance in an evidence-based way. Instead of becoming focused on problems and trying to fix what is broken, our approach can help flip this perspective – by identifying what is already working well, and doing more of this. The workshop will present a 3-step model to identify solutions that will boost your organisation's performance by adding more value to your customers. By its nature, the process also provides you with compelling arguments for change, based on concrete evidence.

Ultimately, the objective is to deliver HR interventions that align the behaviours of your people to achieve greater competitive advantage in your marketplace. Given the ever-increasing level of complexity and challenge facing organisations - it has never been more important to be adaptive.  The methodology will help you to: • Clearly define the behaviours required to deliver your organisational objectives• Discover what works and do more of this, avoiding distractions• Stop doing what doesn’t work and do something else instead• Short-cut getting bogged down in problems and trying to fix what's broken Once registered, you will be invited to complete a brief online survey prior to your attendance on the workshop. Guest speakers Jane Arthur-McGuire is a Chartered member of the CIPD and a Chartered Business Psychologist.
Jane develops talent management interventions and specialises in executive assessment and development. Jane takes an evidence-based approach, and ensures she operates at the cutting edge of research and practice through her work with the University of Leicester.
