Details This is Circling Cornwall's Skills based practitioner programme, 50 hours of practice and study, plus 14 hours minimum independent study, running on 8 weekend days over 2 months, suitable for budding facilitators, team members and even those with no wish for an 'official' position but who want to advance and bring more leadership to their Circling.The primary purpose of the programme is to build Circling Leadership capacity in Cornwall. This will not exclude people who live outside Cornwall from participation.We would hope that participants on this course will have done some Circling with us previously and it is important to us that you can demonstrate:¬ Commitment to Circling practice and Circling Cornwall’s approach to Circling¬ Potential to take leadership roles in Circling¬ Potential to enrich your own and others’ development¬ The aptitude to develop effectively, integrating theory into practice¬ The likelihood of having further development potential post programmeThere is no formal application process: please message or call us STRAIGHT AWAY to express interest.

If we can't work with you for any reason we will endeavour to provide direct and honest feedback as to why.This phase of the programme comprises of 6 One day workshops. Integration of classroom learning, Circling, Circling practice and one (optional) full day of Metacircling exploration and analysis. The location will be decided according to who participates.Some exercises and activities will be film recorded, images created and participants / team audio recorded. This will be for Metacircling use and we may create and publish some photos. The Metacircling Day, when we reflect on previous circles, will be Saturday 12 October.In the final session, Saturday 26 October, we will create facility for 360-degree programme evaluation.There will also be a celebration event and you will be encouraged to invite friends and family to this.What will be included?o All programme materials and reading listo Immersion Circling weekend (14 hours) with experienced Circlers.
(Phase 1)o Up to 6 Days (36 hours - Phase 2) of direct learning and Circling interspersed with reflection time. (Including optional metacircling development).o 14 hours (minimum) of structured Independent learning before the course and between sessiono Tuition and support from a facilitator and team who have experienced this trainingo Herbal teas, healthy snacks*, fruit*o Breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday (Phase one)o Travel bursary to assist with travel outside Cornwall (Phase one, if immersion is out of Cornwall – following completion)o Evening Meal bursary+ (Phase one – following completion)o Childcare bursary+ (Phase one – following completion)o Certificate of attendance (Phase two – on completion)o Circling Cornwall branded facilitator's mug (Phase two – on completion)o Hopefully lots of compassionate connection, fun, laughter, deep seeing and relating.
