Would you like to experience more Calm? In this 6 week introduction to meditation course you will have the chance to learn how to be Calm, no matter what is going on in your life. Instead of having to stop your thoughts, change your emotions or have a perfect life before you can enjoy serenity and success, Mind Calm Meditation helps you to access the inner state of calm, clarity, confidence and contentment - now. "Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering into the quiet that’s already there – buried under the 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day. – Deepak Chopra Mind Calm works by helping you to change your relationship with your mind by being 'consciously aware' during daily life. Mind Calm is different from other meditation techniques because it is awareness-based instead of mind-based, allowing you to have a deeper experience of calm.

Mind Calm also lets you have the experience of calm-ness anytime anywhere, because it is an 'eyes open' and 'eyes shut' practice - which means you can enjoy the benefits of Mind Calm throughout your day as you get on with your life. In this course you will: Discover you are what you want Get Peace with Mind, rather than need Peace of Mind Learn the 3-step Mind Calm Method Receive the 10 Mind Calm techniques Practice Mind Calm in a group Learn about the common meditation happenings and why they are OK. Dates are: Mondays 8.15pm-9.15pm - 6th Jan, 13th Jan, 20th Jan, 27th Jan, 3rd Feb and 10th Feb. Follow up support is provided in the form of ongoing meditation sessions and the opportunity to repeat future courses.
