Mindfulness Meditation Week Course For Wellbeing

The 6 week course is ideal for beginners and regular meditators alike as it provides an effective introduction to mindfulness and meditation but also takes you through to the more advanced meditations used for clear seeing and insight. Week 1 - What is Mindfulness & Meditation / Bodyscan Meditation Week 2 - What is Stress & How it Affects Us / Bodyscan Meditation Week 3 - Physical & Emotional Pain / Counting The Breath Meditation Week 4 - Role Stress & Time Pressure / Following The Breath Meditation Week 5 - Taking Care of Yourself / Following The Breath Meditation Week 6 - Elevated Function and Changing Your Life / Practice of Presence Meditation As this is a course, you are encouraged to practice meditation at home daily throughout the duration of the course, between 10-25 minutes, as well as some other mindful activities to help embed your practice.

Claire encourages a friendly, welcoming, informal environment and is there to help equip you with mindfulness techniques that enable you to become your own best personal guide, and take your practice even further once the course is complete. The course will run for 6 consecutive weeks, all dates shown below: 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd February, 2nd & 9th March
