Assessment Centre We are organizing an assessment centre for the lovely  Hampton by Hilton Birmingham.  We are recruiting for a Casual Food and Beverage assistant and a Casual Guest Service Agent.  Date: 01/04/2019 Start time: 13:00 ( please make sure to arrive on time as there are activities planned) End time: 16:00 Important Information:  - Both jobs pay minimum wage ( 7.70 under 25  -8.21 over 25)  - Availability: Flexible and able to work between 6AM and 11PM Could be Saturdays Casual Food and Beverage role:  This job includes: Serving at the bar, preparing breakfast, cooking and serving dinner, kitchen porter, stewarding and waiting on.  Casual Guest Service Agent role:  This job includes: Serving at the bar, preparing breakfast, cooking and serving dinner, check In/outs, meeting room enquiries.  --------------------------------------------------- Looking to join a culture of excellence as a Guest Service Agent and be part of the most recognised name in the hospitality industry?   “We are Hilton.

Be the face of our hotel and ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests Next to working at reception, you will be working Restaurant shifts as well. Great for everyone who wants to become knowledgeable throughout all departments.
Provide a high level of customer service at all times Inform guests about hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other hotel facilities Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities  Shifts are usually from 7am until 3pm or from 3pm until 11pm. What are we looking for? Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile Genuinely friendly and caring Enjoys working as part of a team Good communication and personal presentation Attention to detail Competent level of IT proficiency Resilient and can work under pressure It would be advantageous if you worked previously in a customer facing job.
